McDonald's in Missouri

"I’ve made a lot of complaints in the past about this store, but I’ve come around. Sure, not everything is always perfect, but when you look at the fact that places like this deal with constant turn over, employees who are new to the work force, and insane volumes of customers, it is incredible that mistakes are so relatively rare. I have been working from the restaurant in the mornings and having a delicious sausage biscuit and their signature Diet Coke. It is delicious, affordable, and the staff here are absolutely amazing. I watch customer interactions, and they handle people who are irate… irate about fast food, no less (no judgment, I have also been irrationally mad about food service, and I know better). They handle the upset customers with grace, kindness, and a willingness to make it right. They are really great people. From the lady at the first drive thru window during breakfast (anyone who has gone through the drive thru at breakfast knows exactly who I mean) to the staff working the counter and even those preparing the food who you don’t tend to see. They take more nonsense and handle more crap in one day than most people in this town do in a year. Relatively speaking, they are fast and the food is accurate and delicious. I think the best sign of how great this store is lies in the fact that I would bet any amount of money that 99% of people who have given 1 star reviews have still come back again and have probably had plenty of 4 and 5 star experiences they just didn’t leave reviews about."

"Out of the 5 times I went there in the morning (around 7am), fast drive thru, friendly staff, good food, competent orders, one time though they claimed coffee machine was getting cleaned... at 7am? Strange to clean it at the peak morning coffee time. (Likely new or lazy staff, not the norm, was on sunday morning a few weeks back. )"

"We go here often and enjoy the perks from the app and the food turns out great 90% of the time. (Ha) Rarely do we have to wait longer than 10 minutes, and rarely do they miss an item. We double check the bags just to avoid any mistakes."

"I come to all of our Missouri twice a year. I’m from Wisconsin and Wisconsin MacDonald employees are not very happy people nor are they customer oriented people but every time I come to bolivar I have a great experience, but today was one of the best so there was a new young man on the register that needed help and the manager came right away and was so gentle and encouraging to him. It made me smile inside…. They kind of got my order wrong, but she remedied it immediately!!! Would really struck out to me was the smile on her face. The kindness in her heart is so important for Customer Service yet this country lacks that miserably.!! It could be the area that people are kinder, but I just say kudos to this young woman manager that helped me with my order , corrected it & added to it to accurate me!! We need more people like this behind the counters!!! They deserve better, pay great benefits, and just all around a pat on the back once in a while!! I want this young woman recognized for her kindness, mostly and her happy demeanor!!! She certainly knows how to do CustomerService!!! God bless her!!!"

"The people up front were constantly busy while also attending to every customer that came up to counter, they made sure to ask for my code and also take my order quickly, my order was put together quickly and and the manager, Tristan even took the time to show me and tell me about the new golden sauce they're serving. Friendly, fast accurate on my order and just all around good experience"

"The food was average McDonald's. The fries were good and the nuggets were fair. But the fun of the adult happy meal was great. I hadn't had one since I was a little kid. Even though I stopped for my wife and kids, It was the first time I was actually almost excited to have McDonald's in probably 30 years."
